These Roadmaps outline our ambitions for Network Rail, tackling every department from our People and Culture to our Process and Operations. Guided by cutting-edge technology, our roadmaps offer a clear path forward, empowering us to strengthen our leadership together and drive meaningful progress across the industry.

By exploring four key themes – Optimised & Resilient Operations, Automation, Optimised & Resilient Assets, and Digitalisation & Data – we’re proud to offer an overview of Network Rail’s long-term objectives and set the general direction of travel for rail.

Our overall intention is for these Roadmaps to support decision making, provide opportunities for alignment and generate collective buy-in across our organisation.
